- Messages: emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, with your contact details. We keep them so we can reply and follow up.
- Customers and projects: name, company, contact details, invoicing details and what we agreed. When you give us access to your website or hosting, we also see the data that is on it.

Why we use it
- To run, secure and improve this website (legitimate interest).

- To use statistics cookies only after you agree, where the law requires it (consent).
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.
We do not sell your personal data.
When we work on your website
If we work on a website or app of yours, we may come across personal data of your visitors or customers. We handle that data only on your instructions, only to do the work, and we treat it as confidential. You remain responsible for the data on your own website.
Who receives it
- Our hosting provider, Kyzoe (Belgium), which stores this website and its database.
- Google, for statistics.
- Providers of security, spam filtering, cookie consent and email, each only for their own part of the service.
Transfers outside your country
This website is hosted in Belgium. Our team works from Morocco, and some providers, such as Google, process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: for a limited period.
- Messages: as long as needed to deal with them.
- Customer and project data: for as long as we work together, and afterwards as long as the law requires us to keep records.
- Statistics: according to the settings of the analytics provider.
Your rights

Links to other sites
We are not responsible for how websites we link to handle personal data.
Our Blog pages show the latest articles of our webzines, such as stackwebzine.com. The titles come from those websites through our server, and your browser loads the pictures from them directly, so they can see your IP address when you open the page. Their own privacy policies apply there.
