Terms
Last updated: October 28, 2026
NOOR & NOOR SARL AU works under five names: WEB UPGRADES & APPS, WEBZINEworld, WEVORI, VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE and ADDONS. These terms are the overview for all of them. They apply directly to noornoor.biz, to our work for clients, including virtual assistance, and to ADDONS. WEBZINEworld and WEVORI also have their own terms, which add to these terms for those services. Section 2 shows what applies where.

2. Our five names and which terms apply
- WEB UPGRADES & APPS: these terms, in particular section 4.

- WEBZINEworld: the terms and privacy policy on webzine.world and on each individual webzine.
- WEVORI: the terms, privacy policy and refund policy on wevori.com.

3. Using this website
The text, layout and logo on noornoor.biz belong to NOOR & NOOR SARL AU or are used with permission. You may quote short excerpts if you link back to the original page. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.
What we publish here is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial or technical advice for your specific situation. Links to other websites are there for convenience, and we are not responsible for those websites.
4. Working on websites and apps of third parties
This section applies when we improve, extend, maintain or build a website, webshop or application for you.
Quote and scope
Every project starts with a quote. The quote states what we will do, the price and the payment terms. Work outside the quote is agreed with you first and priced separately.
Payment
Prices, currency, any advance payment and the payment term are set in the quote. Invoices are payable as stated there. We may pause work while an invoice is overdue.
Access and backups
You give us the access we need, such as a login to your website or hosting, and you tell us who else works on it. You remain responsible for your hosting, your domain and for keeping working backups. Where possible we first work on a test version of your site, and we change the live site once you have seen the result.
Third-party software
Your site may rely on a theme, plugins, a host or services from other parties. They have their own licences and terms. We are not responsible for their behaviour, for updates they release, or for problems they cause.
Ownership
Once the quote is paid in full, you own the custom work we made for you. Parts of general use that we reuse across projects, such as our own code libraries and methods, stay ours, and you may keep using them as part of what we delivered. Content, images and company details you supply remain yours.
Support after delivery
If something we built does not work as agreed, tell us and we help. We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days. Other maintenance, changes and optimisation are done by agreement, as a fixed price or per hour.
Confidentiality
We treat what we see of your website, your customers and your business as confidential. We use it only to do the work for you.
Examples of our work
We may show a finished project as an example of our work, for instance on this website, unless you tell us you do not want that.
Stopping a project
You can stop a project at any time. You then pay for the work that has been done up to that point, and we hand over what exists.
5. Virtual assistance
We offer translation, editing, scheduling, quotes, customer communication, data entry and email and document management in Dutch, French, English, Arabic, German and Spanish. The scope and price are agreed beforehand. We keep what you share with us confidential and use it only for the task. You are responsible for the content you ask us to translate or edit and for having the right to share it with us.
6. ADDONS and affiliate links
ADDONS are practical tools for business owners. Some we built ourselves. Others are tools we use and recommend. Where a link to a recommended tool earns us a commission, the page of that tool says so with the label AFFILIATE PARTNER. A tool listed here is not a guarantee: check that it suits your use before you rely on it, and read the terms of its provider.
7. Use of AI
Some of the text and software we produce is made with the help of AI tools. We check it before we publish or deliver it.
8. Liability
We work carefully and keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it always is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue or lost search rankings, or for loss of data where you did not keep your own backups.
Where we are liable for work we did for you, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
9. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. The courts of Salé have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For work already agreed, the terms that applied when you accepted the quote stay in force.
